Shipping & Warranty

We ship using Fastway couriers from Perth WA.  We estimate shipping to take between 3 to 5 days for metro WA postage, this includes the time required for receiving, handling and getting your order shipped.  We aim to deliver a time and cost effective service and if you have any issues or queries please get in contact us via the contact page and we will work with you find the best solution.

We can also offer Australia Post Express shipping if required, this is not offered under free shipping and you will need to contact us to organise.

Should you need to return an item to us for any reason please contact us via the contact page.

All items sold come with the manufactures warranty.  This warrants any manufacture defects or faults.  Please see the warranty card in the products packaging for further details as each item can differ.  Please note that any damage as the result of water/e-liquid entry, damage from the item being dropped or incorrectly charged is not covered.  When an item is found to be faulty due to manufacture defects we require the item to be returned in its original packaging with all associated components (except the spare o-rings etc if they have been used).  This is necessary because out suppliers need the original packaging for their warranty claim.
